Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy and instructions below carefully.
Returns
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact us at office@janacoshe.com to request a return.
- Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and authorization.
Shipping & Return Instructions
- Return shipping costs are fully covered by the customer.
- We strongly recommend using registered and trackable postal services.
- Please pack compactly.
- Do not include invoices or other documents inside the parcel.
- On the customs declaration (if applicable), please:
- Describe the item clearly (e.g. Coat, Vest, Dress)
- Declare a value of EUR 10 (this helps speed up customs clearance)
- Keep your tracking number until the return is completed.
⚠️ Improperly shipped parcels may be returned by customs at the sender’s expense.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exchange Process
- Contact us at office@janacoshe.com.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Item you wish to exchange
- Preferred replacement item / size
- Once approved, you will receive exchange instructions.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the exchanged item.
- We cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
- Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:
- A different item
- A refund
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective with visible external damage during transport:
- Clearly note the damage on the delivery document.
- Contact us immediately at office@janacoshe.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the delivery document
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
