Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy as outlined below.

Returns

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Process:
Contact our customer service team at office@janacoshe.com to initiate a return.
Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.


Exchanges

Eligibility:
Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Process:
Contact our customer service team at office@janacoshe.com to initiate an exchange.
Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange for.
Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an exchange authorization number (EAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the item being exchanged.
We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.

Processing:
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and send out the new item within 5 business days.
If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or the option to choose a different item.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item during transport and damage is externally visible, clearly note the transfer document with details of damage and contact us immediately at office@janacoshe.com with your order number and a photo of the item and transfer document.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for damaged or defective items.
