SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Made to Order

Each garment is made to order in our atelier. Please allow up to 15 business days for production before dispatch.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated from the date of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

The courier may require a signature or another form of proof of delivery, such as a delivery photograph.

If you choose to waive the signature requirement, authorize the courier to leave the package unattended, nominate a safe place, or provide other instructions allowing delivery without your presence, you accept responsibility for the package once the courier has recorded it as delivered.

Jana Coshe cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery when the recipient has waived signature or authorized unattended delivery.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so that we can assist with any available delivery investigation.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected from the carrier within the specified time and is returned to us, any shipping, return shipping, customs, duties, or other charges incurred as a result will be deducted from the refund.

The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking information and ensuring that the shipment is collected or received within the carrier's specified time frame.
